CHARITY ORGANIZATION “CHARITY FUND “MODERN UKRAINE”

It’s located in Kyiv and provides assistance as needed in the regions of Ukraine. We do not have a single donor.

All charitable projects of the foundation are supported thanks to permanent and one-time charitable contributions and thanks to the volunteer community that organizes charity events.

Charitable projects provide for the provision of charitable assistance throughout the territory of Ukraine in connection with the full-scale war on the territory of our Motherland, assistance to cancer patients and other types of charitable assistance as needed by institutions, institutions, organizations and the population of Ukraine. Due to the fact that there is a constant need for charity, it is not possible to determine the exact amount of the fees.

In case of cancellation of the Project or cessation of collection of charitable funds for it, donations are redirected to another Project or the Treasury of the project category. If charitable funds for the Project have been collected, the Project is given the status of “Completed”. In this case, the procedure for redirecting Donor funds is activated. Donations are non-refundable, but must be used for other charitable projects.

The users of the site agree that in order to comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”, the Foundation has the right to include personal data provided by users in the personal data base, to process such personal data caused by the fulfillment of the conditions of the specified law.

Information about Donors of projects is provided only with the consent of the Donors themselves. Postal addresses, account numbers and personal data of Donors are not disclosed. The use of the site is free for Donors. There is no charge. 100% of Donors’ funds collected through the site, minus payment system commissions, are directed to charitable activities.
