The head of the central office of the Foundation held a meeting with a delegation from Canada
The team of “Modern Ukraine” led by the head of the Central Office of the Foundation, Tatiana Scherbak, organized a visit to Irpen by the Minister of Education of the Canadian province of New Brunswick, Honorable Dominique Cardi.
While in the capital region, he held meetings with the mayor of Irpen, Oleksandr Markushyn, the mayor’s adviser Violetta Dvornikova, as well as the former head of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration, Anna Kovalenko.
The main achievement of the Minister’s working trip was his final statement that the Canadian province of New Brunswick will help with the reconstruction of social facilities in the region, namely the local school and kindergarten in Irpen.
According to Tetyana Shcherbak, the restoration of such socially important critical infrastructure in the de-occupied territories is one of the key priorities that will ensure the return of life and people who were forced to flee from the horrors of war
