40 walkie-talkies handed over to the soldiers of the Kanatove military airfield
Volunteers of the Charitable Foundation «Modern Ukraine» headed by the President Volodymyr Havrysh handed over 40 long-awaited Motorola walkie-talkies to the defenders of the Kanatove military airfield.
As previously reported, their purchase was made possible thanks to donations from caring citizens who helped the Foundation collect UAH 60,000 needed for the purchase of radios.
«The walkie-talkies work like clockwork, so they will serve our soldiers for more than one year», Volodymyr Havrysh, President of the «Modern Ukraine» Charitable Foundation, said during the broadcast.
He also thanked everyone who joined the gathering and noted the help in realizing such a noble mission of the People’s Deputy of Ukraine and a member of the Honorary Council of the Foundation Oleksandr Danutsa, as well as one of the active partners of the Foundation’s volunteer direction – Ilya Marushchak.
«The force of good cannot be overcome, especially if it is tempered by strong friendship and support» – emotionally remarked the volunteers of the Foundation and wished the fighters present at the meeting victorious character and patience to endure all the challenges that Ukrainian defenders are facing today on the front lines.
