Volunteers of the Foundation handed over important humanitarian support in Cherkasy region
Active sowing in the country is long over, but no one has given the STOP team sowing good and support.
Over the past week, volunteers from the “Modern Ukraine” Charitable Foundation, led by its President Volodymyr Havrysh, have been active in the Cherkasy region.
In particular, together with the regional coordinator of the Foundation Serhiy Yefremov, they visited a number of medical and social institutions of the city and the region, to which they handed over important humanitarian aid with medicines and medical equipment.
Thus, volunteers of the Foundation, accompanied by the Deputy Head of Cherkasy VCA Larysa Koshova, brought to the Cherkasy Regional Hospital a Vesalius OR1 molecular resonance generator, sapphire coagulator, orthopedic devices, resuscitation, ophthalmological, laparoscopic kits, hypertensive and cardiac drugs.
Cherkasy City Hospital №2, received the necessary hygiene products for its patients in the hospice therapy department, disinfectants, diapers and pads for adults, disposable sheets, catheters for veins, glucose, syringes, medical gloves and many other useful medical staff.
Along with medical institutions, a separate consignment of aid was donated to the Women’s Crisis Center “Merezhka”, organized by the Charitable Organization “CHERKASY HUNDRED PERCENT OF LIFE”.
The Foundation donated baby food, clothes, medicine, toys and hygiene products to its visitors, including women victims of domestic violence and displaced persons.
Volunteers and Ukrainian defenders did not go unnoticed. In particular, Cherkasy Terrorist Defense fighters, who were currently on rotation, received a consignment of medicines, hygiene products and dry ice. All this will be useful to the fighters on their return to the front.
It should be noted that all the transferred humanitarian support was collected by representatives of the Consulate General of Ukraine in Milan. Good friends of our Foundation from the Italian trade union CGIL, as well as volunteers of the Foundation in Milan – Julia Zakomirna and Lilia Prutsyk helped to transport it to our country.
Many thanks to all those who worked hard to achieve this important humanitarian mission.
Together – we are capable of more!
